We closed on our new house at 9:00 AM Friday, August 9th, 2019. Both Eve's PT Cruiser and our 20 foot rental truck were loaded and we drove them to closing, so after that was done we went right to moving in. Today we were finally caught up and organized enough where I felt I could start working on the outside. Two serious storms happened between our offer being accepted and us moving in, so not only our property by the whole area looked like a war zone. We had two big trees down and lots of branches and the previous owner was of little help.
We are going to concentrate on the outside for now, as cold weather isn't far away, and then we will start repainting inside. This house was rented for the last few years, and some renters had kids...it needs LOTS of TLC.
