This is the second barge carrying part of the new pedestrian bridge at the Buffalo Bills new stadium. It's been lagging behind the first barge due to a variety of things - including weather. Here it's tied up at Erie Canal Lock 32 (Pittsford, NY). I was fortunate to talk and walk with a guy from the company that's doing the move and he told me this barge is here until Thursday, when it will make the run up to Lockport, NY.
