What A Difference 70 Miles Makes

Even though it's bitter cold today, 18F (~ -8C), and very windy out of the west,
we don't have much snow especially as compared to the area east of Lake Erie.
That's classic lake effect snow...

Well documented, Patti. We've both been very lucky compared to snowed in Buffalo. I understand that the latter is in for another 3 feet tomorrow.

Yes it is lake effect; you had more than us in east Michigan.
