Weather folks predicted a 36 hour snowstorm that started around 2 PM yesterday but it was very light, fluffy stuff then. This morning I had 12 inches (30.5 cm) of snow in my driveway that took me over an hour to clear. It's 13F (-10C) with winds in the 20 mph range so it blows the light snow as well. It's still snowing. Good thing I like Winter because it's going to get a lot colder next week thanks to the Canadian air mass that's coming down over us.
Quite a difference from yesterday's pretty sunrise (see next image).
