Every Sunday morning, the plaza in the center of Pisac is transformed into a market, drawing those in search of every imaginable kind of locally produced foods--beans, fruit, meats, fish, coca leaves, vegetables, fish, and guinea pig. The market is a beautiful sea of color, conversation, trading, buying and selling.
