Horseshoe Bend Crystal Ball

Page, AZ view map

A creative take on this very popular vantage point. This is a merge of three exposures for HDR.
I also toned down the refraction point where the crystal ball focused the sunlight on the rock perch.

I like this imaginative picture. No need for a fish-eye lens !!

It did come out very well. Like David said, the HDR and your other touches really did a lot to make it an outstanding image. ~BV~

Stunning view and the ball well positioned to capture just the horseshoe. Very cleverly done. V

This is such an imaginative take on a familiar subject. It's very cool that the whole horseshoe bend is visible in the ball but not in the rest of the image. V

super cool...the HDR really evened out the contrast, and the texture-laden foreground gives a strong sense of depth...V
