Moguls, Columbia Peak and Columbia Glacier

Seattle, WA view map

Long was gracious to fulfill my request to go up with him on a flight around
the Seattle area. This is a shot of the rugged mountains east of Seattle. The
flight was great and I got treated to some awesome views of the area. Now
I know how Long manages to capture all of those awesome aerial views.
Many thanks to Long for the adventure and the IDs on these features.

Fascinating light and shadows on the snow, and some very interesting patterns as well. Don't tell me Long just flew and let you do all the photographing ;-). V.
