Hi Patricia: It's nice that the leaf is sharp, at least in parts, The leaf is flat and quite equidistant from your lens. The colors are pleasing. So, I would have experimented with narrowing the apertures so as to get all parts of the leaf into good focus. There should be no great need to pump up the ISO from the desirable 100 or 200 to 400!
Also, many images are improved just by increasing contrast a bit. Touch up the brightest too as needed. This improves the colors too. But, never oversaturate them! Best regards.
