There's a small dish of fresh cilantro and another of diced onion. The dispenser on the left holds a tart, mildly picante salsa de tomatillos y chiles verdes. The one on the right contains (fairly obviously), una salsa roja más picante pero no muy agresiva.
We were served freshly made tortillas, and for a special, second round, some gorditas in the Guatemalan style. Those are a thicker, smaller diameter type of tortilla de maíz.
