I loved the colour version of this and the B&W is equally effective, but in a different way because it emphasizes the light on the squash, and the cookbook page, linking together the food and its intended preparation. Brenda

This looks great in B&W too! There is something so good about the composition of this shot it looks good in both color and b&w. Good entry Richard!
