A very well composed image. I like the use of the river to lead the viewer's eye to the buildings that are the main focus. Well exposed, too. The main trouble is that the buildings seem to be falling over; they're not vertical. At first, I thought this was because the camera had been pointed up, which makes the sides of the building converge. Looking more, though, I think it's a simple framing problem, and you could correct it by rotating the image a little counter-clockwise, and then re-cropping.
