You have wisely chosen a subject that the light of the sun has highlighted in a very pleasing way. This makes the yellow leaves really stand out against the darker background. To make this photo even better, I'd try to eliminate the blurred leaves on the left that detract from the composition. The subject is quite centered. A more intersting composition would be to place the yellow leaves more off center, possibly moving them up in the picture space. Always try your subject as both a horizontal and a vertical. You've picked vertical here. I'd like to see this as a horizontal too.
