Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance: Corvette Seminar -- March 2013

This gallery is my second of 10 on the 2013 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. It focuses on the Corvette Seminar held on March 8 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the C2 Corvette Sting Ray (two words) and the recent introduction of the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray (one word). Several hundred enthusiasts attended the review of the Corvette's 60-year history and the styling analysis of the seventh generation Corvette or C7, conducted by Ed Welburn, General Motors vice president for global design, and Peter Brock, key designer of the original Sting Ray -- the 1963-1967 C2 Corvette. Brock subsequently designed the 1964/1965 Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe. He served as lead judge of the 2013 Amelia Island Concours.
