Antique Auto Museum 22, AACA Museum -- Visiting 105 Years of History, March 2011

I revisited the AACA Museum on March 3, 2011, to view and photograph "Shelby: A Retrospective," an exhibit featuring Shelby cars from the 1960s to the present. Those photos are presented in a separate gallery. In this one, I am sharing pictures of some of the other noteworthy vintage automobiles that were on display at the museum on that day -- most of which I had not photographed before, and a few that I reshot because they had been moved to better locations. The car owners' or donors' names are indicated in the captions. To see additional and fascinating information about some of the cars, view the pictures individually by clicking on their thumbnails rather than viewing the entire gallery as a slideshow. The photos with extra information have asterisks (*) in their captions.

This gallery is the 22nd in my continuing series on exhibits at the Antique Automobile Club of America showcase in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The museum's Web address is http://www.aacamuseum.org .

I took all the photos in this gallery with a handheld Nikon D300 and a Nikkor 18-200mm VR zoom. All the images are "as is" straight from the camera, with no post-processing. All have been resized for online viewing. Note that the images and other content here are protected by copyright laws. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized use, copying, printing or direct linking is prohibited.

THE PICTURES HERE CAN ALSO BE VIEWED AS A SELF-ADVANCING SLIDESHOW, BUT MINUS THE TECHNICAL AND OTHER DETAILS. SEE THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THIS WINDOW. HAPPY VIEWING! <<<
