The owner of this 1971 Jaguar E-Type 4.2 Series II Coupe spent 10 years treating it to a full, nut-and-bolt, bare-metal restoration in one of the three garages on his property. The body had been completely stripped and the parts were in boxes when he bought this car as an uncompleted restoration project.

Doug finally finished the job in the spring of 2020. The outcome is immaculate, exquisite and awesome. He marked the occasion by securing a license plate that says FNL YDUN, which could be interpreted to mean "finally done" or "finely done." Both interpretations definitely apply.
