21st October 2007
on the edge

Ultima Thule the Romans called these islands
on the edge of the known world.
My knees were turning to jelly,
thankfully the Romans also invented the frothy coffee
the civillised buggas.
And there was an emporium nearby that sold it
so I could recover my equilibrium.

Really good B&W image. I wonder where the Romans got the idea of froth??? Did the frothy sea inspire them??
