1st Annual CT & NY Rendezvous - Sep 14 & 15 2007

( photos follow below )

Friday, September 14 from New London CT & Saturday, September 15 from Greenport NY on the 'North Fork' at the east end of Long Island. 120 boats sailed in the Off Soundings Club fleet.

Sadly a fair number of boats were too late to register and thus did not attend, 9 boats registered and sailed, 1 boat was late registering but 'sailed-in' and sailed around the course with us Saturday, and 1 nuclear submarine asserted the 'gross tonnage rule' to good effect and sailed very fast through the course and the fleet on Friday !
