We've got a lovely bush in the garden which bursts into
hundreds of flowers every year, I have no idea what it's
called but it's very nice! Really difficult to get this
shot as the wind was blowing the bush around!

Had a tiring day today - an hours hard training in the gym
with an ex GB gymnastics team member who now does personal
training. Boy, did I sweat! :oD Good for me though! (so she says...)
