I visited England in 1998 and fell in love with it. Did not have the opportunity to tour as widely as you obviously did, but enjoyed it so very much. Roamed through numerous cemeteries with my 85 year-old Mom looking for dead relatives! Your photography is amazing! Thanks so much for sharing.

It reminds me of how lucky I really am to live in the UK, I live on the edge of the Pennines in Yorkshire and right next to the Trans Pennine trail, they turned disused coal mine railways into traffic free cycle paths (250 miles of them) thanks for sharing the pictures and reminding me not to take this beauty for granted :-)

Hi, I am a very, very beginner at painting and I want to paint something 'English' for my mum. I stumbled across your fantastic images and would like to paint the one portrait landscape image dated May 22 2005. It's just titled 'England' and is of a rape field with a small stream in the foreground running away towards the rape field. I would love to get a photo around about an A4 size so I can paint from it. Would you mind and how would I go about getting a copy. This is purely for personal use only and not be resold.
