The splashes of snow on his hat, gloves and clothes do it for me, great shot! Also one of the few in this gallery to include a human, well done for that. Adam

Interesting shot here--a real sense of cold-I like the way the direction of the ice and the ice axe in the foreground lead the eye to color which is the focal point of the image.

Wow this is cool in both meanings of the word!
I like the ice in the background, the person integrated in the picture, the foggy weather, the ice on the trees/branches.
