In reply to Guest, I used a canon 20d (i think) with a canon mpe 65mm macro lens with canon mt-24ex twinflash covered with Omnibounce diffusers. I also added a sigma 1.4 teleconverter between the camera and lens to increase magnification. This is full frame at the maximum magnification. I am guessing about 7x lifesize. The ant was eating fruit that had fallen from trees in my yard and was untouched by me (although I may have placed the fruit in better light).
