"The Cleanup Crew"

Had a flock of vultures perched in a dead pine tree in my neighbor's yard. Spotted these two sitting side-by-side and found this unusual.
Guess I didn't know these two species of vultures were friendly to each other; catching early morning sun rays on this 14 degree day.
