I see you used a long lens to capture this bandit. He/she doesn't seem deterred by your presence. We have had raccoons coming to our patio looking for water and tipping over the birdbath. I finally gave in and put a pan of water out for them to drink and splash their feet in. One time I found three baby raccoons standing in the birdbath. They looked pretty silly! Voted.
