My first live Timber Rattler in west TN, after seeing a couple of roadkills in this same area over the years. I was afraid that was the case here, but I was barely able to catch a glimpse of it just before it made it off the road. This was an impressive Timber, easily 3.5 feet and girthy, with at least 10 sections of rattle
