Not if you foil bake them instead of roast them; rub with olive oil, sprinkle over some rock salt, wrap in foil and bake. Nummy. I use Pontiacs for that, which are similar in appearance to Kerr's Pink but have a different genealogy. And of course it's summer here, so the next attempt at that will be some months off.
