At some point the previous owner took this stanchion off and reinstalled it. So, what's the problem with that you ask??


It was installed with dinky little washers, basically zero backing, and NO BEDDING COMPOUND WHAT SO EVER.. The deck core turned to wet mush and when pressure was applied to the lifelines SNAP, RIP, CRUNCH.....
