Dual meaning in this title.

1. My light box came today so I have "a new hope" for a solid consistent light source.
2. Star Wars: A New Hope (ANH for the geeks) was the subject of tonight's image. Real geeks don't need this link, but for everyone one else that is not sure what a X-Wing is click here. http://www.starwars.com/databank/starship/xwing/

The light box was used as the background as well as the primary light source. I also used my 550EX (on camera) bounced directly overhead for some front fill and hand held the 420EX (with snoot) off to the right side to cast a very slight shadow. This is a X-Wing Fighter made of scrap metals from the rail road industry. I got this at a craft fair in Roanoke, VA from a artist who was a former welder for Norfolk & Southern Railroad and science fiction fan.
