Read my shoes!

Well I won't be saying that to anyone ANYTIME soon. (I will explain in a moment) Ok, another workout theme tonight. I figured that since going to the gym every evening for 2 hours, to get back in shape, is dominating my evenings so why not another PaD with a workout theme.

Here we have my running shoes placed ontop of a piece of gold reflective craft paper. The background was made from me curling the far end of the paper up to make a makeshift backgroud. The upper and lower right corners are from my on-camera flash and the light spot on the bottom left was from a micro mag light I was holding and pointing to the words Nike on the bottom of the shoes. That causes the yellow area to glow, that does not show up well in this one since I had a strong bounce flash.

Ok "Read my shoes" was something me and the guys on the high school cross-country team would say to other teams before a race. Just to let them know that was all they were going to be seeing during the race, the bottom of my shoes. As I stated above I will not be saying that to anyone ANYTIME soon. I am in horrible running condition right now. But every day I lace the shoes and run and that is what matters! All ya gotta do is lace the shoes.

This will probably be the end of the dark, flash lit workout themed images for a while. I have a light box comming tomorrow and so I will obsess with that new toy for a long while, I imagine!
