A very old Hacienda located in Chincha, a 203 kilometer drive from Lima going South the Pan American Highway, very near El Carmen. It’s history goes back to the year 1688 when it was a huge sugar plantation with eighty seven black slaves that harvested mainly sugar and cotton. Today the property is a peaceful Hotel with reminiscence of that glorious past, black people dances along with the excellent Peruvian Creole food.. In 1970 was declared a Historical Monument.
