Looking up-canyon at moist sand and a cave

Near Delicate Arch (Arches National Park)

After turning the corner by the wavy cliff and the wall across from it, the view up-canyon reveals a
cave above and yet another corner to go around. This process of repeated discovery was delightful.

A photo taken in 2005 from behind Delicate Arch shows what this area looks like from above.
In it, my position here is at the base of the towers in the center of the photo (here they

The feature that confirms this is the cliff detail at the right end of the cave.

The next photo was taken from behind the thick brush on the right side of the wash.
