You're right. Obviously a pigeon, ground skulker, in the forest, and no other Luzon pigeon has these wing bars. Probably one of the more difficult birds on Luzon to get a good shot of.

I regret I failed to get a better pic, but this looks to me as the Luzon Bleeding-Heart.
