Guyra at 1320 m ( 14330 feet ) above sea level makes it the highest town on the New England Tableland. The old railway station is now a museum...hope to have more time to spend there next time.

Most train depots are turned into museums or gift shops. Very sad. This photo looks great as a B&W.

I think there are not many things that give us a feeling for history, passing time and broken dreams, like railroads out of use do. Fine picture. It would be a totally different one without the railroads in front.

now this is where i would love to visit..a old railroad station, nice photo...
Also, i know Chris would love to visit this place too, at 10 years old he
loves anything to do with the railroad, old or new..
