For Christine

Just 5 minutes after taking this photo of my current read I had a message from a Pbase friend half a world away telling me of the book she has just read....don't try to tell me this isn't a small world :)

Can anyone tell me why it would be showing the date taken as 22/September on the full exif when I have only captured it this morning 30th October 2022 ?

Lovely shot Laine, but sorry I can't help with the EXIF question - is it only this one photo which has an erroneous date?

I love that we can share book titles here. I have to get this one. I don’t have a photo of it but I just finished a really good read called The Only Woman in the Room. It’s about Hedy Lamar. A fascinating read!

Your image is lovely, and I am sure you will have a very enjoyable read.
As for the question on exif information it could be that somehow the time was not set correctly or stopped moving ahead each day like it is supposed to.
Nice image and excellent question I am sure someone will come up with an answer.
