Great photojournalism. I wouldn't know where to start if I had to do this. V.

Nice reminder Karen, most of us would starve if we had to hunt one of these.

Hi Karen,
This is an interesting and wonderful capture. The lighting is great. \/

Ya can't beat a good hog roast!
And for those a ya thinkin that this is some sorta gruesome pastime
- go visit a slaughterhouse!

Well captured, Karen.

A wild boar? That's a lot of meat!

Excellent capture Karen. Did you hang around long? I don't know if i could.

If only we could go back to the days when we knew where our food came from and what was in it.
And most importantly that the food we ate was not a product of big business. Hormone / chemical
laden food, crops being grown for fuel while children go hungry and genetic modification without regard
to the consequences, all in the name of the bottom line. Personally, I couldn't stomach doing what the
gentleman is doing but I would feel much better eating this bounty than going to any fast food restaurant.
By the way, with all of the hiking that I have done I have never seen a wild boar. I have heard them,
seen places where they have left their mark, but never have seen one. Nice pic Karen.

Those nice new boots are going to be spoiled if he doesn't step back :>)

Looks like he had a successful hunt and just in time to have ham for Easter. Splendid shot of the almost lost art of dressing game.
Best to you,
Dick:)
