Wasn't this the bank with the silver dome? Wasn't there a Deco restaurant nearby? I remember the Roy Rogers.

when I worked downtown in the late 70's there was a Roy Rogers hamburger joint on the main floor. Somebody associated w/wrestling had a penthouse in the dome.
