This is the kitchen of Ching Shu Hin. Due to the inconvenience of transportation in New Territories in several decades ago, visitors were difficult to make day trip to Ping Shan. Therefore, many of famous guests of Tang clan stayed in Ching Shu Hin, they included The 17th Governor of Hong Kong Sir Cecil Clementi, famous tycoon Sir Robert Ho Tung, and Mr. Tang Chi Ngong (father of famous Chinese enterpreneur Sir Shiu-kin Tang).
