Skateboarders - South Street Seaport

Displaying their prowess for a large Saturday crowd. I liked the idea of placing the notoriously rebellious skateboarders against the button down Financial District looming behind them.

;-) I imagine some city slicker working a Saturday away from his family looking down on this scene....I know who is having more fun. K

Yep, despite appearances, they could be commanding a large desk on the highest floor in 15 years time!

Two worlds collide...a great juxtaposition, and a good eye to see this!

Yes, it is a contrast, but at the same time, don't they first try to go high with the skateboard, and then continue in their social ascension, the the high steps behind them?
A very graphic image, with full of horizontal lines.
