NGC 90 (Arp 065) & NGC 93

NGC 90 (Arp 065), galaxy type SAB(s)c pec, in Andromeda (face on spiral at right center of the
frame). (Some references indicate this galaxy to be NGC 91, but the position of NGC 91 points to the
star below NGC 93). In the Arp atlas, this galaxy is in the class of Spiral with small HSB companions
on arms. The galaxy to the left is NGC 93, spiral galaxy type S?. The galaxy above NGC 93 is PGC
1669768, while the galaxies in the upper left corner are NGC 94 (typeS0) and LEDA 1670567 (type
E0). The Blue galaxy in the upper right corner of the frame is LEDA 1670877. Taken over several
nights in Oct. 2013. Imaged with CCD Lab’s Q285M camera and a Celestron EdgeHD 9.25 at f10, on a
Losmandy G11/Gemini mount. The L subframes were 12 minutes binned 1x1,while the RGB subframes were 4
minutes binned 2x2 resulting in the following total exposures L:R:G:B (min) = 492:72:72:72. Captured
with Nebulosity, calibrated, sigma combined in Iris with other processing using PixInsight LE and
Photoshop CS. North is up.

It's great to see a new image after a whle! You've even captured some of the integrated flux nebulosity in the region. Back when I had a personal top 10 Arps list, this was one of them.
