NGC 1499 Diffuse Nebula in Perseus. Taken Dec 18, 2006 with a DSI Pro II and Outback Cooler and a
Pentax SMC-M 135mm lens. H-alpha (Astronomik 13nm) subframes were 240 sec @ f4 while the RGB
subframes were 90 sec at f4 (R) and f5.6(G, B). Total exposure of Ha:Ha+R:G:B (min) =
88:88+35:45:38. Captured with Envisage, calibrated and sigma combined in Iris with other processing
using PixInsight LE and Photoshop CS. North is up.
