Thanks for your comments on my MWS / Mercyme / David Crowder concert shots. You asked if I enjoyed the worship/concert. To say I "enjoyed" it would be a vast understatement. I purchased the tickets on Ebay several months before the concert, because they were 5th row seating. I also got one for my adult daughter to go with me. After some thought, I was concerned about outside concert tickets for middle of August in PA, where it can easily be hot and humid or rainy.
We absolutely could not have asked for a better weekend. We drove up from our Cincinnati area, was able to check in way early at our hotel and had a wonderful dinner that night before the conert. Weather was perfect! Music and ministry that night really fed my soul and lifted it up to the Lord. My daughter and I both were so blessed.
Coming away with great photos was just the icing on the cake! I have another story about the trip home, but that's a long one. It was a God-thing though! Sorry to babble on, but the concert was sure my highlight for 2004. Thanks for your kind comments, and God bless!
