Rochester, NY

Hope Dealers hasn't been doing their weekly clean-ups due to COVID. This was taken pre-quarantine. This house was almost pitch black inside even though it was daytime because all of the windows were boarded up. Hope Dealers checks these abandoned homes to make sure there is no one inside who needs help and to clean up sharps. I hope we can get out soon and resume our clean-ups.

Every tiny detail represents a shattered and broken life and pulls a tear from our eyes.

A sad gulp of reality. Your choice of
deep vignetting works superbly here.

Nightmarish conditions. What a powerful documentary image. You should receive awards for your photography. "V"

A very poignant image. Thank you for trying to stay on top of this. I have heard drug abuse is on the rise now. So sad. V

I can hardly believe how sad this is to see. Thank you for the work you do, but in all honesty, it seems like a never-ending task. V.
