The last student of the year left last night at 10pm. I checked my records and found that I did over 1700 hours of academic tutoring this year. That's a bunch for a retired guy. I am going to have to think this gig through some more and make some decisions. BYW - the bottle of scotch is reserved for after tutoring is done for the night.

Actually, I have four calculators. The TI-89 is unbelievably good.

the whiskey is a fine addition to the end of a semester. although calculus and spirits can mix, i would never venture past tensor equations after a few shots. the reference frame assumptions eventually become a bit wonky....

BTW, i think you need another calculator.... :0P

Note to JVC: I have tried British cream, but found that its taste lacked a certain "realism." That caused me to switch to Irish cream.

We will definitely get some Glenmorangie. John - is there any English Cream?

Try a bottle of Glemmorangie if you cn find it in Houston John. My wife who loves Scotch recommends it as the best.

Dave, with your well stated convictions, why are you not drinking British Cream ?.

Thank you, JVC, for supporting my mathematical conviction! Just seeing this image makes me want to get drunk (Irish cream, of course!), then go to church in an attempt to cleanse myself of this horror. I might require an exorcism.

The demon drink, and the evil math, you are doomed.
