This is the terminal building. The Evergreen FBO is in there as well as the ExxonMobil helicopter terminal. The pilot lounge at Evergreen is a nice cool place to relax on a hot summer day. Many years ago there was a Flight Service Station (FSS) on the second floor. That was a cool place to visit and see all the maps and stuff those guys took off the fax printers and teletypes. Times have changed.
