Today is my birthday. We tend to have low key celebrations and just enjoy the time together. Part of the celebration is a lunch out somewhere. One of our favorite places is Rouxpour, a New Orleans style restaurant at Baybrook Mall. I ordered an oyster poboy (one of my favorites) and Ginny had a salad with a blackened chicken breast. The food was very good. We also ordered a muffaletta, a New Orleans special sandwich to take home for later. We spent some time trying to get a decent photo, but there really wasn't a good spot. So we crowded into the back of the booth to a spot that minimized reflection from the restaurant decor.

Please note that I am enjoying a glass of Stella Artois, one of the best beers in the world. Ginny's cousins from Belgium will recognize the good taste that we have.
