Bloke and I spent the day fooling around with stuff at the airport. Again, electronics and radios in his airplane were the main topic. The good news was that he had found the final link in the problem of why his Garmin 430W would not receive on either of the antennas in the airplane. The last link in the chain was a short in a controller box. So, the peasants rejoiced and everybody lived happily ever after. Bloke took his airplane out for a test hop and ended with a nice smoke pass by the hangar at sunset. Life is good.
