That phrase "I understand your business model; it just doesnt work for me" is not just a tribute to Roger's integrity, but seemingly underpinned the whole Sassoon ethos at the time I joined it... How ironic that today VS, that former hallmark of artistic integrity, is now owned lock stock and barrel, by the Regis Corporation.
