Theatre Aachen in Aachen, Germany circa 1870
The theatre was built in 1825 and was destroyed in a bombing raid in 1943. The current Theatre Aachen was opened in 1951.
The card has the imprint of E Linde, Berlin a company taken over by Danish born photographer Sophus Williams in 1868.
