Lowellville is a small town with a long history situated in NE Ohio and almost a stone's throw from the PA border. They have opened up the downtown area on
Monday nights for several years in joining up with the cruising culture. It's a pretty quiet setting where the doo-wop music is occasionally interrupted
by the horns of locomotives moving freight to and from the local railyard. Cruizin' by the River is worth checking out on a Monday night this summer.
