Nave of Basilique St Remi from near the high altar

Basilique Saint Remi, Reims, France

The Basilique Saint Remi is situated about 1 mile south-east of the cathedral. It is dedicated to and contains the tomb of Saint Remi who, in around 498 AD, baptised Clovis, King of the Franks in Reims. This was a key moment in the development of the French nation.
