Homestead, Florida

I was happily surprised to see so much bird-life right in the middle of town. We arrived at 4:00 in the morning where my first US bird was a Common Nighthawk peenting overhead. In the morning I stepped out and found a Eurasian Collared Dove, Boat-tailed Grackles, a Gray Kingbird and lots of mockingbirds.
